Beautiful arches, failing everywhere else
The arched windows were the reason our clients fell for it. Behind them were rising damp, failed wiring and a pool that had been empty for a decade.
What we did
We kept the arches and renewed the rest
Damp-proofing, new services and a rebuilt pool terrace in honed limestone. The interiors were finished in limewash and oak so the arches could be the focus.
